Broad Banter: Laura of Pembroke
Hi guys, Broad here! It’s been a awhile since I did a Broad Banter post but while Ben was out of town this week I got to attend a fun event I wanted to write about. Laura of Pembroke invited me to come to their grand opening so I could check out their new store in Pinecrest, and help spread the word! Spoiler alert: I fell in love!
I’m the first to admit, I’m not a fashion blogger and I’m not super trendy. I tend to shop at my staple stores and tend to do it online because I’m usually lazy. But I do enjoy shopping and discovering new stores. I’ve been eagerly awaiting for the stores (and restaurants) in Pinecrest to open. If you haven’t heard of Pinecrest, it’s Cleveland’s newest mixed-use district, located in Orange Village. It hosts a variety of stores, restaurants, entertainment venues, apartments and modern office space. You can shop, eat, work, play and live here!
Laura of Pembroke started off in the Cleveland area back in 1987 and relocated to Canton in 1993. They decided it was time to open a second location back in Cleveland, here in Pinecrest. In addition to selling women’s clothing and accessories like womens hoodies uk and others, they also sell home furnishings, gifts and tons of other treasures for yourself or for someone special. The have price points for everyone’s budget. In addition to selling fashionable and trendy items, they also provide interior design consulting so you can get your home looking as amazing as the store does!
I fell in love with everything in the store. The clothes are gorgeous and so on trend. I ended up purchasing a floral midi dress from one of my favorite brands, ASTR. I also purchased some stretchy silver bracelets. I could have purchased everything in the home goods department, especially the drink ware and barware. I will definitely bring Beard back here to shop for some fun new items for our bar cart. I was lucky enough to be gifted some awesome new coasters and drinking glasses from the store. We especially love the drink local message on the items.
